to the Ikisan Web site. We have prepared the following information
using frequently raised doubts to help you get the best out of
the site.
Q.1 Which browser should be used?
- Our
site has been designed to work with Internet Explorer 4.01 (or
later).
Q.2 Which screen resolution is best?
- This site is best viewed at 1024x768
screen resolution.
Q.3 How do I download and install regional
fonts to my computer?
- Links
to regional language fonts are provided under 'Download' option.
Click on the relevant language you require. You are provided
with an option to either 'Run' or 'Save' the Winzip file that
extracts the font onto your system. The WinZip file needs to
be extracted to:'C:\WINDOWS\Fonts'. Make sure to change the
destination folder to '\WINNT\Fonts' or '\ WIN\ Fonts' (if required).
Click 'Unzip' to complete the installation and close the window.
Q.4 How do I browse through the site?
- By Scrolling the cursor over the Leads
given on the opening page you will get the topics of Interest
and by clicking on that you will be able to visit the individual
sections of the site. There are also many links throughout the
site. To follow a link, click on the text where the "Link
Select" cursor (Hand Symbol) appears .

How do I know I have downloaded
the latest version of the site?
- To
ensure that you always have the most up to date version of the
site you should click the "refresh" or "reload"
button in the toolbar at the top of your browser. By clicking
on this button each time you visit the site you should always
be viewing the most recent site.

Whom do I notify if there are problems with the site?
- Although we are unable to help with individual
problems, we would welcome information from users on any problems
they encounter when visiting the site to help us rectify them.
